The inaccuracy of the data, due to a lack of updating, exempts the CONTROLLER from any damage or loss caused to the client/user, and it is their responsibility to maintain or update data through available means of communication.
If this company uses systems that require access via login and password creation (such as registrations on websites, applications, and others), it is the user's responsibility to keep the password safe and create a login for access.
To facilitate and ensure secure access, the controller may recommend/suggest that the user create passwords with special and alphanumeric characters, or that the password be changed periodically.
