Exchanges and returns

Based on the Consumer Protection Code, Proposta Verde, concerned with the trust placed in us and the satisfaction of our customers, has its Exchange and Return Policy.

Product Conditions for Exchange or Return: The product must be unused and unwashed, with tags attached, and must be sent in its original packaging along with the invoice.

*Products that do not meet the conditions above will not be eligible for exchange and/or return. The same applies to requests made outside the timeframes stated in this policy.

Replacement

The deadline for requesting an exchange is 7 consecutive days from the date of receipt of the product. The customer may request an exchange only if the product was purchased through the official Proposta Verde website, has its tag attached, and shows no signs of use or washing. The customer must submit an exchange request to the email address ana@propostaverde.com.br. If this is your first exchange, the shipping costs will be paid by Proposta Verde, and within 5 business days, the customer will receive a return shipping label from the postal service (CORREIOS), with information on where to mail the original packaging containing the product for exchange. Once the product is received and its integrity is verified by Proposta Verde, the customer will receive an email with a discount COUPON for the exact value of the merchandise paid for and returned by the customer. This COUPON must be used exclusively by the customer on the official Proposta Verde website. If the order value exceeds the coupon value, the customer must supplement their payment by choosing one of the payment options available on the Proposta Verde website.

*The coupon must be used in a single purchase and will be valid for 30 days.

*Valid only for purchases made through the website.

*The coupon will correspond to the amount paid for the product.

*This cannot be used in conjunction with another discount coupon.

Return

The deadline for requesting a return due to buyer's remorse is 7 consecutive days from the date of receipt of the product. The customer may return merchandise due to buyer's remorse only if the product was purchased through the official Proposta Verde website, has the original brand tag, and shows no signs of use or washing. Under these conditions, the customer must request a return by emailing ana@propostaverde.com.br. Within 5 business days, the customer will receive an email with information about shipping and the refund of the returned product's value. The shipping costs must be paid by the customer. For purchases paid for using a store credit coupon, the credit can be converted back into a store credit coupon.

Defect

We always strive for the quality and delivery of our products in perfect working condition. If the customer receives a product with any visible defect, the deadline for requesting an exchange is 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. The product must meet the conditions described in our exchange policy. Requests for returns due to defects should be sent to ana@propostaverde.com.br. Within 7 calendar days, the customer will receive a response from the Uoou Solutions team with information regarding shipping, refund of the amount paid, or a discount coupon for exchanging the product.

*Products that do not meet the above conditions and/or requests made outside the deadlines stated in the Proposta Verde EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY will not be eligible for exchange and/or return.
